Two disciplines. One direction.
Auryntel is led by a founding team that separates technical ownership from commercial ownership while keeping product, strategy and execution tightly aligned.
Built around clear ownership.
Auryntel's leadership model is intentionally simple: the CEO owns company direction, commercial execution and external relationships; the CTO owns technology, product architecture and engineering execution.
The two roles converge on product strategy. Market learning informs what should be built, while technical judgement determines how it can be built securely, reliably and at the standard expected of enterprise infrastructure.

Technology & Product
Themba Radebe
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Own the technical vision and turn Auryntel's product strategy into secure, scalable systems.
Themba Radebe is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Auryntel Technologies. He leads the company's technical strategy across artificial intelligence, product architecture, software engineering and the systems that underpin Auryntel's products.
His role spans the full technical lifecycle: defining how products should work, setting architecture and engineering standards, directing AI and model development, shaping infrastructure and security decisions, and ensuring that research can become dependable production technology.
As CTO, Themba is responsible for keeping Auryntel technically ambitious without losing sight of reliability, maintainability and real-world deployment constraints. His focus is on building proprietary capability around intelligent systems for the physical world, beginning with SentriCore.

Strategy & Commercial
Bruce Nkabinde
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Own company direction and turn Auryntel's technology into a focused, commercially viable business.
Bruce Nkabinde is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Auryntel Technologies. He leads the company's strategic and commercial direction, keeping the business focused on the problems it chooses to solve, the markets it enters and the relationships required to grow responsibly.
His responsibilities connect product ambition with commercial reality: shaping company priorities, developing partnerships, leading business development, supporting customer discovery and building the operating discipline needed to move from an early product into a credible technology company.
As CEO, Bruce works closely with the technical organisation to ensure that Auryntel's roadmap remains grounded in customer needs, viable deployment models and a clear long-term company strategy.

Build for durability
Commercial decisions should support a company that can compound product capability over the long term.
Product sits at the intersection of technology and market reality.

Build a company capable of turning difficult real-world problems into dependable technology.
Auryntel is starting with SentriCore and physical-security intelligence. The founders' long-term responsibility is broader: establish the technical capability, operating discipline and customer trust required to build intelligent systems that can perform in consequential, real-world environments.
